意式咖啡使用优质拼配或单一产地（SOE）咖啡豆制作。可通过外带窗口出品，兼具社区便利性。手冲咖啡注重体验过程，分为选豆、闻香、冲煮、品鉴，顾客还可以选择不同风格的日本作家器皿品尝咖啡。我们常备6到7款来自不同产地、经过不同处理法及烘焙度的高分单品豆可供选择。
